- 1-year workmanship warranty
- If something we installed fails because of how we built it — not normal wear, not abuse — we come back and fix it at no charge for a full year after the job is done.
- Manufacturer warranties, passed through
- Roofing panels, mini-split units, fixtures, and materials carry their own manufacturer warranties. We register them in your name and hand you the paperwork so you're covered for the long haul.
- Licensed & insured, every job
- Licensed & Insured with general liability coverage. You're never exposed if something goes wrong on your property.
- Written quotes, no surprise charges
- The number on your written quote is the number you pay. If the scope changes, we stop and talk it through before any extra work or cost — in writing.
