Residential Handyman
Handyman services across Linden and Middle Tennessee.
One call for your whole punch list. Drywall, doors, trim, fixtures, faucets, and the dozen little repairs you've been meaning to get to — done right the first time by a licensed contractor.
Most handyman services hit a wall the moment your project turns into 'real' work. Because we're a licensed general contractor, we can keep going — patch the drywall today, and if the wall behind it needs reframing tomorrow, the same crew handles it.
The little repairs around a home stack up. A cabinet that won't close right. A dripping faucet. A ceiling fan still in its box. Individually none are urgent — together they wear on you every time you walk past. We take that list off your plate in a single visit.
Homeowners in Linden, Hohenwald, Waverly, Centerville, and across Perry County call us first because we show up when we say we will, treat their homes like our own, and leave cleaner than we found it.

Frequently Asked
Handyman FAQ.
What counts as a handyman job vs. a contractor job?
If the project is a repair, small install, or punch-list item that takes less than a day or two, it's usually a handyman job. Bigger remodels, additions, roofing, or anything requiring permits is general contracting — we do both.
Do you charge a trip fee?
No trip fee inside our primary service area (Perry, Hickman, Lewis, Humphreys counties). For longer drives we may add a small mileage charge, which we quote upfront.
How fast can you get to a repair?
Most handyman requests are scheduled within the same week. For emergencies — no hot water, roof leaks, electrical issues — call us directly and we'll get someone out as soon as possible.
Do you bill hourly or by the job?
Either way. Small tasks we bill hourly with a minimum; larger lists we quote as a flat fee so you know the total before we start.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' comp insurance, and we're a licensed Tennessee contractor — happy to share proof of insurance with any quote.
