Walk-in freezers and coolers installed right.
New walk-in coolers and freezers, replacements, and repairs for restaurants, butcher shops, florists, and cold-storage facilities across Tennessee.
A walk-in freezer isn't just refrigeration — it's insulation quality, floor construction, door hardware, condensing unit location, and drain routing. Get any one of those wrong and you're fighting condensation, ice build-up, or high energy bills forever.
We install box-and-system combos from Nor-Lake, Kolpak, Masterbilt, and US Cooler. We'll help you spec a box that matches your actual storage needs — too big wastes energy, too small forces you to turn product too fast.
For existing units, we troubleshoot refrigeration issues, replace compressors, repair door gaskets and closers, and handle the dozen other things that go wrong with units that run 24/7 for a decade.

Frequently Asked
Walk-In Freezers FAQ.
Indoor or outdoor — which is better?
Depends on your space. Outdoor walk-ins free up interior square footage but need weather protection for the condensing unit. Indoor installs are simpler but take up floor space and require venting for the compressor heat. We'll walk you through the tradeoffs for your specific layout.
How long does a walk-in install take?
A standard 8x10 indoor walk-in typically takes 2–4 days including the refrigeration hookup. Outdoor installs and larger rooms run longer because of site prep and electrical coordination.
What size do I need?
Rule of thumb for restaurants: about 1.5 cubic feet per meal served. For a 200-cover restaurant, that's a 10x12 walk-in cooler plus a separate smaller freezer. We'll help you right-size rather than upsell.
Do you handle emergency service?
Yes. Walk-in down = product at risk. Call us and we'll get a tech out as soon as possible with common compressor, starter, and fan motor parts on the truck.
Can you help with health-department compliance?
Absolutely — we build to commercial kitchen code and coordinate with your health inspector as needed. Floor construction, drains, and door hardware all have specific requirements.
