Do you handle design-build or do I need separate engineering?
For most projects under 2,000 sq ft we can design and build. For larger installations or unusual applications we coordinate with a refrigeration engineer. Either way you get one point of accountability.
How long do commercial refrigeration systems last?
12–20 years for self-contained units, 20–25+ years for well-maintained rack systems. Compressors typically need replacement at 8–12 years. Maintenance discipline is the biggest factor in lifespan.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
For contract customers, yes — we guarantee response within a set window. For non-contract calls we'll do our best, but contract customers come first when we're slammed. Worth considering if you depend on cold storage.
Can you help with USDA or FDA compliance?
Yes — we build to applicable code and can provide documentation for inspectors. We're familiar with health department requirements for TN and can coordinate with food-safety consultants on complex facilities.
