Residential Remodeling
Kitchen remodels that actually get finished.
Cabinetry, counters, tile, and layout changes handled end-to-end by a single crew. From cosmetic refreshes to full gut renovations — on time, on budget, and built to last.
A kitchen remodel goes wrong when five different subcontractors are juggling schedules and nobody owns the outcome. We run our remodels differently — one point of contact from demo to punch list, and our own crew doing the framing, plumbing adjustments, electrical, tile, and finish work.
That means fewer surprises, no finger-pointing when something doesn't line up, and a realistic timeline we actually hit. We'll tell you up front how long your kitchen will be offline, and we'll get it back to you when we said we would.
Every remodel gets a detailed scope, written allowances for selections you haven't made yet, and daily progress you can see. No disappearing for a week, no "change orders" you didn't agree to.

Frequently Asked
Kitchen Remodels FAQ.
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A cosmetic refresh (paint, hardware, counters) runs 1–2 weeks. A full remodel with cabinet replacement and minor layout changes is typically 4–8 weeks. Gut renovations with structural work can take 8–12+ weeks. We give you a firm schedule with the quote.
Can we stay in the house during the remodel?
Yes — most clients do. We'll set up a temporary kitchen spot (fridge, microwave, coffee) in another room and contain dust with plastic barriers. Water and power stay on except for short planned shut-offs.
Do you do design, or do I need a separate designer?
For most remodels we can lay out the kitchen and help you pick finishes — we'll create a basic layout with elevations and help narrow down cabinet and counter selections. For complex custom kitchens we partner with a local designer.
What's the average cost of a kitchen remodel in TN?
Rough ranges we see in Perry County: cosmetic refresh $8–20k, mid-range remodel with new cabinets $25–55k, full gut with custom work $60–120k+. Final cost depends heavily on cabinet tier, counter choice, and layout changes.
Can you work with my existing cabinets?
Often yes. Solid-wood cabinet boxes are usually worth keeping — we can reface the fronts, paint them, or just replace doors and hardware for a fraction of full replacement. We'll tell you honestly whether yours are worth saving.
