Residential & Commercial
Fences built plumb, level, and to stay there.
Wood, vinyl, and metal fencing across Perry County and Middle Tennessee. Property lines, pasture, pool, privacy, and pet containment — installed right the first time.
Most sagging fences trace back to the same problem: posts set too shallow, not properly braced, or the wrong post for the soil. We set every post below the frost line with the right concrete mix for your ground conditions, and we corner-brace every turn so your fence doesn't lean a year later.
We install wood, vinyl, and metal fence systems — each one right for different needs. Privacy fencing in a backyard, 4-board along a road frontage, or welded-wire for pets and livestock.
Before we quote, we walk the line. Terrain changes, tree lines, and gate placement all affect the right approach, and a site visit usually turns up something a phone-call quote would have missed.

Frequently Asked
Fencing FAQ.
How much does fencing cost per foot?
Rough ranges in Middle TN: wood privacy $25–40/ft installed, vinyl privacy $45–70/ft, chain-link $12–25/ft, ornamental aluminum $40–65/ft, 4-board ranch $12–22/ft. Gates, terrain, and brush clearing affect final price.
Do I need to locate my property line first?
For fences on or near a boundary, yes — we recommend you know your line before we start. We're happy to coordinate with a surveyor if you haven't had the property pinned, or we can install well inside the line if you want to avoid the survey.
How long will a wood fence last in TN?
A properly built pressure-treated wood privacy fence typically lasts 15–25 years. Cedar lasts longer but costs more. Staining every 3–5 years can add significant life. Vinyl outlasts both and never needs paint.
Can you add a gate to an existing fence?
Usually yes. We can frame a new gate opening, set proper gate posts, and hang a matching gate on most existing fence types. Good opportunity to also repair any sagging sections.
Do you call for utility locates?
Always. We call Tennessee 811 before we dig — no exceptions. Locating is free and takes 3 business days, so we factor that into scheduling.
